The programming matters and so does a coach’s adaptability to what she/he is actually observing.
We teach on programming inside the BIRTHFIT Certification. We prioritize training days that are built around nervous system regulation and expanding the range of motion of the nervous system.
We also remind coaches that their client trusts them to be the coach. So when a client shows up on little sleep and running on cortisol fumes, today may not be the day to push it.
Coaches do you train the whole woman? Or are you still stuck in your drill Sargent days?

Big news, BIRTHFIT fam. 🌿
The BIRTHFIT Certification is officially approved by NASM as a Continuing Education Provider for 2026 — which means if you hold a NASM-CPT or AFAA certification, you can earn 1.9 CEUs just by completing our fall cohort. That’s nearly a full two-year recertification cycle in one course. 💃🏻
This is the bridge between strength & conditioning and maternal health that this industry has needed. And now it counts toward your credentials too.
The Fall 2026 cohort is now enrolling. Early bird pricing of $1,995 closes June 30th — link in bio to grab your spot.

Over the years I’ve noticed that the most common woman that come through BIRTHFIT is the one that had a traumatic birth experience for her first and knows it can be different.
She’s done enough research now to know that birth doesn’t have to feel like it did. She knows birth can feel connected and joyful even whether it’s a surgical or unassisted birth.
She found BIRTHFIT because we are no fluff, simple, straightforward. She’s ready to do the work- which could also mean softening (tough stuff). She’s ready to make shift happen.
So mamas, did you have a redemptive birth experience? Share some wisdom below for those embarking on the journey now. 💙

Back when I was on the floor coaching a ton, women would hit what we called “accidental PRs” in their second trimester.
Years later I realize that this was NOT an accident. It was because I was actually showing up to be her coach and move the fitness needle forward.
Fear based coaching is not doing anyone any favors. IMO it’s a bit lazy.
So, if the next time a client of yours tells you she’s pregnant and you’re not stoked and in your head your thinking oh great training is about to get boring, that’s on you. 🤨
Comment “community” to actually learn more more about our trailblazers. Mamas, coaches, and practitioners I’d love to have you in our community 💙

Most prenatal vitamins contain folic acid. Most women have never been told there’s a difference between folic acid and the form of folate their body actually uses.
You probably know there is a difference since you’re here 😉 But do you have your talking points dialed in? Do you know how to communicate with your clients? Do you know top supplement recommendations?
Swipe through. Then check your label.
The BIRTHFIT Community is where we have conversations like this every week — coaches, practitioners, and women building forward together.💙

BIRTHFIT Coaches & Practitioners lead their clients differently.
They open the door. They hold hands. They cheer for your lifts. They hold you accountable. There is no sugar coating. There is truth shared. There are stories passed on. And they sit in the unknown with you.
✨Why do you need a BIRTHFIT Certified Coach or Practitioner? ➡️ No one else trusts you to do it your way like a BIRTHFIT Coach or Practitioner
✨ Why do you need to become a certified BIRTHFIT Coach or Practitioner? ➡️ You will view the entire motherhood transition differently, from a place of reverence, and your clients will walk out of sessions with more connected, confident, and certain. Why would you not want to give them that and remind women how powerful they are?! 🤩
