Terms of Service:

​Return Policy
All reservations and payments made online, in store, via phone or through email are non-refundable. In addition, we require a 48 hour notice for cancellation of a reservation. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a store credit may be issued. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for any cash value. Private Event
Private or virtual event/party fees or deposits are non-refundable. We require 10 days notice to reschedule private parties. If cancellation occurs within the 10 days, the customer will lose the fee/deposit. Guest count must be accurate prior to event, as you will be charged for the contracted amount of people. All private parties may have an additional 20 percent gratuity added to the grand total. The size of your party will determine the hour or hours your event will last. Additional/late time will be charged at fifty dollars per half hour. 3% service charge is added on all booked events. Mobile events require the customer to provide tables, chairs (if needed), and a trash receptacle. Age Requirements
Gustology offers a fun night out for adults, we maintains an adult atmosphere during public or private classes where alcohol may be consumed. For this reason, no one under the age of 21 will be able to participate. Texas law maintains that a person must be 21 and up to consume alcohol.

*Gustology is not a bar. All alcohol is complimentary and used for instructional purposes only. We do not sell any type of alcohol. This is not a bartending school, nor any other accredited/licensed educational institute. We provide classes for entertainment purposes only.
