I woke up to some terrible news this morning. When Lauren told me that Jessi had died I was instantly sure it hadn't been in her sleep or while walking the dog but rather in her relentless pursuit of speed. This woman is an icon in our industry and a true inspiration. I've been around death in racing... it's never easy. However this sadness is more profound because none of the others I knew as well or as long.
to say she will be missed is an understatement.

To and her family my deepest sympathies.
To the family no matter how many people are in that tent for the drivers meeting it will feel empty.

We've been inudated with messages asking if the shop has closed down and the answer is... we're still alive and kicking! We're just a few miles up the road from our original shop in Dallas now; doing a bunch of unpacking and remodeling.
