Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 can of
-1 to 2 tablespoons of your desired Balsamic Vinegar
(We love using peach, lemon, mango, grapefruit, honey ginger,
lavender, lemongrass mint, raspberry, pomegranate quince, etc)
Optional:
-Add your favorite spirit for a leveled-up cocktail
-Garnish with herbs, flowers, or a fruit slice
Pour beverage into a glass. Add in the desired amount of Balsamic Vinegar – add
more if the flavor is not as strong as you would like it. Mix well & serve over ice.
Garnish with a fruit slice, edible flowers, fresh mint or basil – and find your happy place!

Tomatoes have arrived at our local markets and farms here in Texas, and that means caprese season is here! Oh, and our Basil is popping too. Enjoy this delicious and easy Caprese salad recipe. We think FRESH evoo is the secret ingredient. :) 🍅
1 pound of ripe, preferably heirloom tomatoes, sliced thin
1/3 cup peppery, fresh green extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chiffonade cut basil
8 oz. mozzarella fresca, drained
sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whisk balsamic and extra virgin olive oil together. Place a slice of mozzarella on each slice of tomato and sprinkle with basil chiffonade. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.

Surprise mom with this delicious and easy Olive Oil Ice Cream dessert! Here's what you'll need:
- A few scoops of your favorite ice cream
-1 to 2 tbsp of fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(We love a robust intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
-1 to 2 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
(We love traditional, dark chocolate, espresso, vanilla, black cherry,
lavender, peach, blueberry, strawberry, fig, raspberry, etc)
Optional: Coarse sea salt, chocolate shavings, cashews, marcona almonds, pecans, or coconut flakes
Directions:
Divide ice cream amongst 4 cold bowls. Drizzle the desired amount of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on your ice cream – add more if the flavor is not as strong as you would like it.
Garnish with flaky sea salt, chocolate shavings, crushed marcona almonds, cashews – and enjoy!

Here’s what you’ll need:
🫒 2 teaspoons high phenol, fresh, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
💧 1 cup of water or milk
🌿 1 scoop your choice of protein powder supplement (we love the chocolate from

🥬 1 cup fresh spinach
🥜1 tbsp of peanut butter
🫐1/4 cup of fresh blueberries

Place all ingredients into a blender, and drink!

Ceviche with a fresh twist! 🐟
The success of this ceviche is predicated on the quality and freshness of the fish, as well as the specific olive oil you use. Beyond being mindful about these two factors, this is an exceedingly easy dish to dazzle your seafood loving guests with.
Here's what you'll need:
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons Honey-Serrano Vinegar or Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup Hojiblanca you could also substitute our Baklouti, Chipotle, or Cayenne Olive Oil here
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 finely diced seeded, jalapeno (optional)
2 medium firm ripe tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
1 large avocado, finely diced (optional)
1 pound raw, super fresh Rock Cod, Bay Shrimp, Scallops, Sea Bass, Striped Bass, Grouper, Lingcod, Snapper, etc. cut in to small uniform pieces
Sea salt to taste
Directions
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice and sea salt. Whisk to combine. Add in the other ingredients including the fish and stir to combine well. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Serve. The longer you allow this to sit, the more the fish will begin to "cook" in the acid of the lime juice and fall apart. Ideally, you want to mix this and serve it straight away. However, if you do let it sit, it will still be edible but the fish will break up.
Serves 6 as an appetizer

Per il calendario contadino questo giorno rappresentava lo spartiacque tra la fine dell’inverno e l’inizio della stagione feconda. In onore della dea Maja (da cui maggio) per propiziare la fertilità della terra e l’abbondanza del raccolto, nella cultura contadina si celebrava un rito, un piatto propiziatorio per l’estate, affinché la stagione consentisse di avere un raccolto sufficiente per tutto l’inverno successivo.
Leggenda narra che le Virtù dovevano essere preparate da 7 vergini, utilizzando 7 legumi, 7 aromi, 7 carni, 7 verdure di stagione, 7 tipi di pasta, cucinato tutto in 7 ore… 7, perché sono 7 le virtù cristiane.

In response to changing dietary needs across the globe, created a line of artisanal pasta made with organic, gluten-free flours. Now, those with a gluten allergy or intolerance can experience the joy of eating an exceptional bowl of pasta.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo's master pasta maker Gianluigi Peduzzi developed an innovative technique to properly impastare ("make a paste') with corn flour, green pea flour, red lentil flour, and brown and white rice flours. Instead of mixing the flour with mountain spring water—as is done for all other pasta—it is injected with steam. This makes the dough dense enough to withstand the pressure of the extrusion, but keeps it from getting gummy—thus ensuring the perfect al dente texture when cooked.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo's gluten-free pasta is produced in a completely separate gluten-free facility, away from any conventional flour contact. It is dried for over 30 hours in temperature-controlled cabins at 150° F to develop flavor and ensure consistency. Each box bears the Euro Leaf logo, guaranteeing it certified organic by the European Union and the Controlla e Certificazione Prodotti Biologici (CCPB).
