I used to think I had to “work through all my blocks” in order to achieve and receive what I desired…

And the deeper I’ve gone, the more I realized that there’s actually nothing to “work through”, there’s only deciding, and remembering what IS true, right now.👁️

So many of the limitations we experience are simply beliefs and identities we’ve unconsciously accepted as truth because of past experiences.

We continue selecting them, identifying with them, and “proving” them true, without even realizing it.

Then life reflects them right back to us, and it’s a self fulfilling prophecy.

YOU are not the patterns.
YOU are not the programming.

And one of the most limiting beliefs of all is the belief that you’re somehow blocked from receiving what is already available to you.

There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to become.
Only remembering & embodying your power.

You can dissolve old programming in the light of awareness 👁️ backed with embodied actions that align with your new state of awareness and conscious choice.

Yes, there are tools and things that can support with this, to get your mind, body and identity on board, but ultimately it’s a decision moment by moment.

Just bc you may not be able to see or understand how everything is unfolding, doesn’t mean it’s “not working” or you’re “going backwards”.

Sometimes you may go through a period of shedding your old identity (and reality) and it can look and feel a little messy.

The only thing that makes it “worse” is judging it, or yourself… and resisting it.

The first step of shifting it, is accepting it and letting it be ok…

Not in the sense that you’re “settling” but more so, just being neutral… not letting it f*ck with your inner peace.

And THAT is the true practice that leads to mastering your self and your reality.
