Hi lovelies, have another update on protocol for y’all!

-No food allowed in the salon
-If you have a drink please make sure it has a straw so you don’t have to take your mask off
-I will not be serving any drinks as of now
-Please limit the items you bring into the salon to what is necessary, no excess bags or laptops
-I will be requiring temperature checks at the door
-And, again, please wait in your car and shoot me a text and I will let you know when I’m ready and will you meet you at the door and let you in

To my AMAZING guests..I want to sincerely thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation.
The health, safety and well being of y’all, myself and our community is what is most important to me. I have been working hard to order supplies, etc to get back to work on Tuesday, May 12.
I know my guest expect the highest standards, and I’m committing to providing that even during this challenging time. I believe the safest way to handle my salon suite is to treat everyone, including myself, as if we were infected with COVID.
My plan is to go beyond what is recommended per Texas Department of License and Regulation. I have consulted with many other salons and stylists and the follow list will outline those protocols as well and informative you of what to expect upon returning to the salon.
-Only customers receiveing a service will be allowed in the suite.
-Contactless payment is much appreciated. -Please wait in your car as the suite doors are locked and please send me a text and I’ll text you and meet you at the doors when I’m done sanitizing. Text number is 512-537-8521
-Each area, all tools, my station and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client.
-Masks that go around your ears will be mandatory. If you don’t have one, I can provide one for a charge of $2.00.
-Face/eye protection will be worn during shampoo by myself
-Temporarily suspending all blow-dries. *Cleaner air - to avoid blowing germs around I will not be using a blow drier to finish your service, as it will help keep your mask in place.
-Please understand if you are getting color, you may have an up-charge of $25.00 as I will be using much more color than normal.
-Cancellation/no show policy- I will not be penalizing for any last minute cancellations due to being sick. However, please provide us with information as soon as possible so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. I’m doing my best to get every client back in as soon as possible.
-Rest assured, I hope to get back to a new normal and offering many of the added value services and extras you have always come to enjoy.
