Hello Volume Babes,

We’ve been quiet because we haven’t been sure what to say yet. Our hearts are heavy for everyone right now. Covid-19 has changed our industry, and the world for the foreseeable future. With that being said, I’m sure many people are wondering, “what does this all mean?” We don’t have the large life answer for that question, but we do have a few answers about the salon, missed appointments, and rebookings!

As of now SAFETY is our top priority. We will follow the guidelines of reopening based on the Mayors instructions. So as of now that could be May 8th. It could also be postposed again.
Since there are so many uncertainties at the moment. We are closing our stylist schedules until further notice. Our waiting list from the last 6 weeks of missed appointments is very long and we want be mindful in rebooking everyone. When we reopen our sanitization procedures will be increased and the number of clients we will be able to see in a day will have to be limited. This is not a forever thing, but it will be in place as long as this situation continues to unfold. Please be patient with us as we navigate new guidelines. We want to ensure safety for you as well as our stylists while maintaining the same level of luxury services that we have always offered. We love each and everyone of you and can not wait to connect with you again!

Your stylists will be reaching out to you about rebooking appointments from this last month. If you are looking to book an upcoming appointment, please know it may take a few weeks after reopening to be seen. We will do everything in our power to have y’all seen in a timely manner, we truly appreciate your loyalty and support! Please stay tuned for a message of new safety rules and regulations!

Ashley had her balayage done with in October. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼That’s the best part of balayage! It’s so effortless. Yesterday’s appointment was for extensions.
