Pushups have been described as the perfect exercise. For example, you and your partner start with a pyramid of 10. Then you do 9 while he rests.
It works your entire core as you hold a plank position and provides dynamic resistance that doesn't require any special equipment. To participate in the Push Up Club, all you have to do is get a partner (or more than one) and do a push up "pyramid" at lunch one day per week.
