1. small bowl of yogurt.
2. 1 teaspoon of powder turmeric.
3. 1 teaspoon of powder ginger.
4. 1 teaspoon of powder cinnamon.
mix all ingredients and have it as a snack then drink plenty of water to wash it down and help fat burning.
*repeat this mixture twice a week and you will see the change!

I know that eating a varied and well-balanced diet is the best way to stay healthy, so I love knowing the health benefits of sushi. I have a very hard time turning down sushi because it’s delicious. Not all selections are good choices for your health, but mixing and matching ingredients lets you create a few rolls that contain plenty of vitamins and minerals. So go ahead and grab that take-out menu and pat yourself on the back because you’re about to know the health benefits of sushi too.
1. IT’S LOW IN CALORIES
No, this doesn’t apply to all the sushi options out there, but many rolls contain very few calories, which makes them an ideal addition to your diet if you want to lose weight or control your current weight. Opt for rolls that are heavy on vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber and avocado and go easy on rolls that contain mayonnaise, cream cheese or other creamy fillings. Fish is also relatively low in calories, so rolls that have salmon, tuna or shrimp are other good choices. When it comes to the health benefits of sushi, low calorie counts are a prime factor to consider.
2. IT CONTAINS PROTEIN
Protein is vital for healthy muscle function and it also aids in muscle recovery after exercise. Protein is abundant in meat, including fish, which means your average sushi roll is going to contain a good amount. Stay away from rolls with crunchy fish or shrimp because they are often fried, which isn’t all that healthy. Instead, go for lean fillings, such as shrimp and tuna. You’ll get some protein, without a huge dose of fat.
4. IT OFFERS UP ANTIOXIDANTS
When you choose sushi rolls made with vegetables, you’re doing something great for your health. Most contain antioxidants, which counteract free radical damage and keep you looking and feeling young and healthy. Not only that, but antioxidants can help ward off many scary health issues, including cancer and heart disease.
5. IT CONTAINS TRACE MINERALS
You don’t need mega doses of them, but trace minerals play a role in your overall health. Luckily for you, the seaweed in sushi saves the day. It contains concentrated amounts of many minerals, including copper, magnesium and iodine.

Yes, you read that right! If you suffer from mid-afternoon slump, put down the chocolate bar and grab a couple of sushi rolls instead. The rice contains carbohydrates, which is your body’s main source of fuel. Opt for brown rice, which helps reduce the risk of a sugar crash later because it’s less refined than white rice. Any vegetables in the sushi also offer up carbohydrates.
7. IT AIDS DIGESTION
Many types of sushi contain rice vinegar, even if you don’t realize it’s in there. Rice vinegar is gentle on your digestive system and can help keep your digestion humming along as it should. You don’t need a ton of it either, so a couple of sushi rolls are ideal.

Food Poisoning Causes
More than 250 known diseases can be transmitted through food. The CDC estimates unknown or undiscovered agents cause 68% of all food-borne illnesses and related hospitalizations. Many cases of food poisoning are not reported because people suffer mild symptoms and recover quickly. Also, doctors do not test for a cause in every suspected case because it does not change the treatment or the outcome.
The known causes of food poisoning can be divided into two categories: infectious agents and toxic agents.
Infectious agents include viruses, bacteria, and parasites.
Toxic agents include poisonous mushrooms, improperly prepared exotic foods (such as barracuda - ciguatera toxin), or pesticides on fruits and vegetables.
Food usually becomes contaminated from poor sanitation or preparation. Food handlers who do not wash their hands after using the bathroom or have infections themselves often cause contamination. Improperly packaged food stored at the wrong temperature also promotes contamination.
Food Poisoning Overview
Food poisoning is a common, usually mild, but sometimes deadly illness. Typical symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, and diarrhea that occur suddenly (within 48 hours) after consuming a contaminated food or drink. Depending on the contaminant, fever and chills, bloody stools, dehydration, and nervous system damage may follow. These symptoms may affect one person or a group of people who ate the same thing (called an outbreak).
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that in the United States, 1 in 6 people becomes sick from eating contaminated food. In 2001, the CDC estimated that food poisoning causes about 48 million illnesses, 128,000 hospitalizations, and up to 3,000 deaths each year.
Norovirus and salmonella are the most common infectious forms of food-borne illness. Salmonella causes the most deaths followed by Toxoplasma and Listeria.
Worldwide, diarrheal illnesses are among the leading causes of death. Travelers to developing countries often encounter food poisoning in the form of traveler's diarrhea or "Montezuma's revenge." Additionally, there are possible new global threats to the world's food supply through terrorist actions using food toxins as weapons.
Increased virulence of known pathogens has caused deadly outbreaks such as the E. Coli STEC outbreak in Germany in 2011.

One cosmetic product that many women use, and perhaps through the entire day, is lipstick. While lipstick does make a woman's face and especially her lips more appealing, lipstick, most commercial brands of them, are toxic, poisonous and harmful.
Lead in lipstick
It has been revealed that many brands of lipstick contain lead, more amounts of this toxic element than is allowed by government for use in candy. FDA-approval does not guarantee safety or that a product is automatically safe to consume or use. It is a fact that cosmetic products are one of the least regulated product categories by the entrusted FDA.
A woman who applies lipstick is also ingesting some of it during or throughout the day. If she likes reapplying lipstick through the day, that much more lead gets into her bloodstream via the skin of her lips.
Lead is not added as an ingredient in the lipstick manufacturing process, but it comes from the colorant used or is the by-product of the lipstick making process.
Even small amounts of lead over time amounts to a significantly unsafe level of lead exposure. Lead is a neurotoxin, adversely affecting the nerves and can cause brain damage and behavioral, learning and language problems; can lower IQ or intelligence quotient, can cause hormonal imbalance, can delay the onset of puberty; can cause infertility and miscarriage, and believe it or not, it increases aggression.
Petrochemicals in lipstick
Lipstick manufacturers are also using petrochemicals to manufacture lipstick. Petrochemicals are harmful to human health.
Research the brand's ingredients before making your purchase. Many lipstick brands contain very harmful ingredients besides lead. In addition to lead, lipsticks may contain:
. Formaldehyde-a preservative and known carcinogen
. Mineral oil-a substance known to block pores
. Parabens-known carcinogens used as a preservative.
. Bismuth oxychloride-a known carcinogen.
