We close at 1PM today and will be closed Christmas Day.

For New Year’s Eve, we will close at 5PM and our New Year’s Day hours are 7:30AM-5PM.

Starting Friday May 1, the boxing gym will be back open full time. Friday's hours are 8:30-5:00. Stay healthy!

🚨SPECIAL🚨FOR GYM MEMBERS ONLY:

February boxing classes on Saturdays at 10A for beginners and 11A for intermediate. These are not like our usual ab classes, so there is a $35 additional fee per person and month.

You must sign up with Richard, which if you’re a member, you know you gotta call him: 512-451-8424

P.S. if you’re not a member, simply become one to join this class and then you also get unlimited access to the gym.

Happy Turkey Week!

We’ll close early Wednesday, November 21, reopen Thanksgiving Day from 6A-8A only then Richard will run the Turkey Trot and we’ll stuff our faces. The gym will be opened Friday the 23rd with normal hours.

Yesterday we lost a gym family member, Donald Spencer. He was a leader, a coach, a mentor and all around great man. His leadership and laughter will be forever missed. Will updated with more info when we have it.
