When it comes to kitchen design, minimalism is definitely in. One way to achieve this look is by incorporating flush level appliances and hidden appliances, which can help create a clean, seamless look. White floors are also very popular right now which create a larger room visual, as are matching backsplashes and countertops. Bold colors are a great way to add some personality to a minimalistic kitchen. It's all about simplicity, but a large light fixture can make a statement without having to do too much. Another upcoming trend is a linear window as a backsplash, which can provide plenty of natural light and a unique focal point! And finally, moving sinks to the island is a great way to free up counter space and create a more open, functional layout.

Introducing our right hand woman, Jennifer! Jennifer has been working with Bailey & Bear Construction and its sister companies Bear & Rose Car Detailing and Pretty Handy Airbnb Design & Management since 2018. She is responsible for designing and managing our websites, overseeing our social media content, and creating all of our print and digital media. With 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two grown children and her 9-year-old mutt Banjo.🐶

This lovely couple retired to Austin to be closer to family and wanted to make this home their own.
