She’s a former Hair Stylist turned Salon Owner, Author, Educator, and your biggest Cheerleader.

Martha Lynn started her career in the world of marketing but decided to turn her passion into a paycheck 15 years ago. Just three years after graduation and after gaining experience at three very different salons, she founded award winning Mirror Mirror Salon, a salon known for helping clients LOVE what they see and for helping stylists LOVE what they do!

It all starts with AMBITION!

Her first book is designed with students in mind.

She’s taking you all the way back to the beginning and letting you learn from her mistakes, hear from some of the most influential names in the industry and giving you her personal guidebook to land your dream job!

When opening the new salon, it was important for us to seamlessly carry over the beloved Mirror Mirror brand through the decor elements, color scheme and ambiance. While the new salon is much larger than the original location, we aimed to create a space that feels welcoming and warm for all. Interior decorator Claire Zinnecker and local Architecture Firm DesignTrait worked exclusively on the project to bring our vision to life.

Mirror Mirror is on a constant hunt to find a better way. We stay away from “that’s not how it’s been done” culture and look for industries outside of our own for inspiration.
Byron is THE guy when it comes to problem solving. Bringing 17 years of restaurant experience to the team his ideas have helped elevate best practices. He iis solution oriented, never complains and is always looking for a better way to make all of our lives better. Congrats Byron!
