This morning we honored the memory of our recently departed brother, Jorge Rivas, by dedicating our newest truck ( #48) in his name.

He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten; he will always be riding with us!!

It is with a heavy heart that Bilt Rite Scaffold announces the unexpected and untimely death of Superintendent Jorge Rivas. Jorge passed away at his home in San Antonio and is already sorely missed by his family, friends and coworkers. Jorge was so much more than an employee, he was a friend and a mentor; he set the standard of excellence; Jorge was conscientious about safety and loved his job. He loved and took great care of his family and his crews. To know Jorge was to love him; they just don’t come much better.

At 11:15am this morning, we received a call from a customer that was in urgent need of a Stair Tower/Roof Access...

Within 4 hours, our Sales Team quoted the work; the Drafting Team made a quick design; the Yard Crew pulled the material; the Operations Crew has material loaded on one of our trucks; and the Production Crew were able to divert a Crew that had just finished-up on another job in the area..

On May 24th, 2022, one of our favorite Scaffold Builders, Thuong (“Jordan”) Lopez, lost 4 of his family members (Jose Flores, Amerie Jo Garza, Rogelio Torres and Makenna Lee Elrod) in the mass shooting in Uvalde, TX.

While the Bilt Rite Scaffold Family has passed-the-hat within our Company, we are sharing the GoFundMe links for each of the individual families.
