A week ago I went to their office and gave them my insurance information and scheduled my 1st appointment for a week later. Today, after battling rush hour traffic, driving for over an hour, I was told that I needed a doctor's referral from my primary care physician. I had given them my insurance information a week earlier so why didn't they tell me about this? So disappointed because I was ready to start..
I had my appointment on Thursday and haven't stop talking about how wonderful the appointment was and informative. Most diet places are extremely expensive this one was not. It was great seeing Stephanie again and I must add she looks amazing. I recommend this place to all my friends and will keep everyone posted on my progress.

I love my Medí team! The staff is so encouraging and supportive. They are not just interested in the medical aspect, but also the emotional, social aspect. Ingredients:
-⅓ cup kale
-⅓ cup sprouts
-½ cup broccoli
-⅓ cup carrots, shredded
-½ cup cabbage, red, shredded
-1Tbsp cilantro
-2 lime wedges
-6-oz chicken breast, boneless and skinless, grilled
-2 Tbsp soy sauce, reduced sodium
-2 Tbsp water
-2 tsp sesame oil
-4 tsp Medi-Weightloss® Signature PB
-½ tsp Splenda® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
-Dash salt and pepper
-Optional: Sriracha, to taste

Directions:
Chop kale and broccoli. Add all vegetables to serving bowl and top with grilled chicken and lime wedges.

For Peanut Dressing:
Combine soy sauce, water, sesame oil, Signature PB, Splenda®, salt and pepper, and Sriracha (optional) in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over veggies and divide evenly.

Try these yummy Almond Joy Waffles! With 12 grams of protein and just 101 calories per serving, they're the sweetest way to get your day started!

Ingredients:
-1 packet(s) Medi-Weightloss® Buttermilk Cinnamon Pancake Mix
-½ Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
-1 large eggs, whites only
-3 fl oz water
-6 almonds
-1 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

Directions:
Mix pancake mix, coconut, water, and egg white. Spray waffle iron with butter flavored cooking spray. Pour batter into preheated waffle iron and cook 1-3 minutes until golden. Top with almonds and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:
• 4 medium tomato, chopped
• 1 cup onion, red, sliced
• 1 cup cucumber, sliced
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and
pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toss and serve.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Slice strawberries and add to a food processor with electrolyte and water mixture.
Puree until smooth.
Pour into popsicle mold.

There's no better way to get spring started than with a delicious spring slaw! 🥕🍃
Ingredients:
-2 cup chopped carrots
-2 cup shredded cabbage
-8 slice(s) Applegate® Uncured Turkey Bacon
-8 oz feta cheese, fat-free, crumbles
-1 Tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
-5 oz plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
-½ tsp Salt and Pepper
-2 tsp red wine vinegar
-2 Tbsp parsley leaves, fresh, chopped
-1 tsp Splenda®

Directions:
-Cook turkey bacon and chop. Set aside.
-Cut (or use pre-shredded) carrots and cabbage, into very thin matchbook slices.
-In a large bowl mix together lemon juice, yogurt, splenda, rice wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
-Pour in veggies and stir to coat. Mix in crumbled fat-free feta cheese. Eat right away or for softer slaw, refrigerate for 30 minutes to several hours.
-Stir in chopped bacon and parsley before serving.
