A week ago I went to their office and gave them my insurance information and scheduled my 1st appointment for a week later. Today, after battling rush hour traffic, driving for over an hour, I was told that I needed a doctor's referral from my primary care physician. I had given them my insurance information a week earlier so why didn't they tell me about this? So disappointed because I was ready to start..
I had my appointment on Thursday and haven't stop talking about how wonderful the appointment was and informative. Most diet places are extremely expensive this one was not. It was great seeing Stephanie again and I must add she looks amazing. I recommend this place to all my friends and will keep everyone posted on my progress.

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with
¼ cup water. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower,
cover, and steam for 10 minutes. Melt the butter in a small skillet over low
heat. Chop garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from
heat. Drain the cauliflower and add to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and white pepper.
