Our founder, Elizabeth Quintanilla, was a former hair model (too skinny at 140 lbs) to a pre-diabetic at 250 lbs and now is enjoying health and wellness in Austin, TX. Also, she is a Lyme Disease survivor and has been in remission since 2009.
