For our latest inKind Chef Series, we’re getting to know Chef Carlos Franco, whose culinary career with Chevy’s started as a dishwasher at just 17 years old.

He worked his way from the sink to the kitchen, joining the Chevys Fresh Mex team in 1990 and remaining part of the family more than 30 years later. Today, he’s still focused on what matters most: fresh recipes made from scratch, quality ingredients, and consistency.
