Start crushing your leg day goals by strengthening your calves with this effective exercise!

Save this for your next leg day workout!

How To:
🔸Stand facing a wall for support.
🔸 Make sure your feet are pointed forward.
🔸 Rise up on your feet pushing through your big toes.
🔸 Make sure your ankles don’t rock to the outside.
🔸 Once you reach the top of that movement, slowly lower yourself back down.
🔸 Complete repetitions of 10.

Glute Bridge Walk Out

Take your leg day workout to the next level by strengthening your core and hamstrings with this glute bridge walk out.

How To:
🔹Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
🔹 Perform a pelvic tilt by activating your lower abdominals (transversus abdomini) by bringing your belly button inward, tilt your pelvis upward, and flatten your lower back against the floor. This will protect your lower back during the exercise.
🔹 While maintaining this position, raise your hips off of the floor.
🔹 Once you reach the top of the bridge, slowly walk your feet away from your body to a point where you are comfortable. Make sure to keep your torso as still as possible without rotating too much from side to side.
🔹 Once you have walked your feet out, slowly lower your hips, return your feet to the starting position and repeat.
🔹 To increase the difficulty of this exercise, modify it by walking on your heels instead of walking with your feet flat on the floor.
🔹 Do 2 sets of 10 repetitions once a day.

We have been serving their clients since 2017 and have “delivered superior healthcare while treating our clients with dignity and providing the opportunity to continue their journey in health, healing, and recovery.” -Street2Feet.

Dallas Education Foundation serves all 150,000+ Dallas ISD students through the lens of equity, access, and inclusion. Airrosti North Texas region volunteered to pack and load meals for families to support Dallas ISD’s free lunch program. Their School of Health Professions educates students on a variety of healthcare fields empowering them to make career and college choices. The School of Health Professions asked Airrosti’s Candace Benjamin, DC; Ty Nickleberry, DC; and Drake McCrary to serve on the school’s advisory board to help maximize the experience and readiness of current and future students.

Harlandale ISD is a family working together to create a high quality education where all students graduate to become productive and successful citizens for the 21st century. Airrosti San Antonio region raised $1,000 to support the HISD community. With the funds, they purchased turkeys and holiday food baskets for over 60 students and their families during the 2020 holiday season.
