Our Story
After visiting Asia in 2001 and discovering the power of the abacus method for ourselves, we knew we had to bring this system back to families in the US. It was then we began planning to open Abacus Brain Gym here in Austin, and in 2003 we officially accomplished our goal. Abacus mental math training doesn’t just prepare kids to finish their homework faster than ever -- it also serves to unlock their creative potential, letting them see the world in a whole new way. At the end of the day, we empower kids to think critically and prepare them for a bright future, and we hope we get to do the same for your child, as well.
