I know it’s a bit early but I was wondering if there was a group on zwift that people were joining for the ride?
Here is me (foreground) and two of my best riding partners and friends; getting ready to do my first 62-mile route in 2018. That ride was with a 38 degree cold snap that hit with high winds... I didn't turn down the 42-mile road, I kept on the 62-mile path and could almost not walk after the ride, but so well worth it!
We rode up to New Sweden yesterday and right before that was the RR rest stop at Manda. Two weekends ago was a Coupland ride and right past the RR rest stop that the Boy Scout Troop puts on. Week before that was Norman Crossing the the RR rest stop by the Korean based club that has the horses we all talk to.
You don't know how much you miss something until it's gone. The Rosedale School is amazing!

Carmen Alvarado is one of our long time staff members who gives 100 percent to students and Rosedale everyday. Congratulations to Sam Marion for winning Region 13 Teacher of the Year! She works hard for the students and families in our TLC Program. She will now compete in the state competition. We are very proud of all her accomplishments!

Tomorrow we have our Rosedale Graduation, one of the most touching and inspirational ceremonies that one could ever attend. To make this event even more special, we will be debuting the professionally recorded version of our school song. Although “ Rosedale Proud” is only a few years old, it is deeply important to our school culture. This song was written by (Kate Robberson). This song is sung daily by the students, and it truly embodies who we are as a school community. This was the first year that we took students to the recording studio. This was an incredible experience for them. We had a great time, and every student behaved professionally and sang beautifully. Commissioner Brigid Shea (Precinct 2 & Rosedale School Neighbor) toured the Rosedale School & Comprehensive Care Clinic with Principal Elizabeth Dickey and Jerimi & Brian Henry with The Rosedale Foundation yesterday.
Commissioner Shea is helping to spread the word throughout Travis County about the incredible work being done by the Rosedale staff, parents, and caregivers at our incredible, award winning facility!
This is a week of celebrations at the Rosedale School. These students have added so much to your school community and we are so proud of all that they have accomplished. This Friday at 2:00 pm, we have a special showcase of the work between the students and Art Spark Texas dance facilitator Veronica DeWitt. There will be original compositions by the Rosedale students during some of performances. This is a moving, interactive showcase moving throughout the building! Please come and witness our students original work!

Yesterday was a big day at the Rosedale School! This was just part one of the fun festivities we had to celebrate Black History Month. We are learning about HBCUs and each team choose a university to represent and then we had our first annual Battle Of the Bands! delivered some marching percussion thanks to for the loan! We love creating new traditions at the Rosedale School and having fun learning together! , ,
There are few things more joyous than a Rosedale Dance Party. Except one with pizza, cookies and our friends from the Go Project! Last Friday we celebrated Black History Month with a student and staff curated playlist and some of the best dance moves that you will ever see. Our Story
The Rosedale Ride is an annual charity bicycle ride on Saturday, April 4, 2020 with routes of 20+, 40+, and 60+ miles and a children's fun ride of 2 miles. The event benefits the Rosedale Foundation and the Rosedale PTA, (501-c3) non profit organizations, whose mission is to support the children of the Rosedale School, AISD's only school for children with multiple disabilities.
