In case you missed it, President Trump signed H.R.6 into law. This bill specifically includes the study of acupuncture as an alternative treatment to opioids. Section 6086 (C) (2) (B) states:
"(B) Costs and benefits associated with potential expansion
of coverage under such title to include items and
services not covered under such title that may be used
for the treatment of pain, such as acupuncture, therapeutic
massage, and items and services furnished by integrated
pain management programs."

Position: Full time Acupuncturist

We are a thriving wellness center in Winter Park looking for a 2nd acupuncturist. Building a clientele takes time and you probably do not want to start off fully commission based. Therefore, we are paying hourly for one qualifying acupuncturist. Acupuncturist will start training for 3 full days a week with set hours (you can set your own hours but must commit to those hours), then after 60 days probationary period, you will start full time.

If you treat a patient you will get paid $20-25/ patient (pay based on experience, 5+ years= $25/ patient), when there are no patients you will be compensated $9/ hour for office work (refilling supplies, catching up on SOAP notes, health fairs). We will provide treatment table, sheets, needles and alcohol supplies.

Requirements: Must have a current, good standing and active Acupuncture Florida license and professional liability coverage.

We are located on 200 N. Denning Drive #7, Winter Park Florida 32789
