Last week, the U.S. House Judiciary Committee advanced flawed legislation that would ban the sale of commonly-owned rifles, shotguns, handguns, and standard capacity magazines. In addition, the committee also approved legislation to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) and to put law enforcement in danger by allowing the public release of sensitive law enforcement data on crime fi****ms.

Both bills could be voted on by the full House of Representatives this week!
