Omni Dental Group

Omni DEntal is incompetent and suffers from poor directorship.

My bill is over 30 days past due but not because of my negligence but because the dental employees are not competent enough to file an insurance claim.

In fact, I called Omni twice and offered to pay the balance but both times, but the staff said not to worry about it, they would contact insurance company and resolve.

Still, I called the insurance company and discovered the claim was awaiting additional documentation. I called Omni back, shared the information and never heard from Omni again, nor received another bill.

Recently, now 6-7 months later, my warrantied appliance broke, but Omni will not see me, nor send the appliance back to the lab, until the overdue bill is paid. Shocked that it still wasn't paid, I called the insurance company again who called Omni while I was on the line, however, Omni refused to re-submit the claim.

So, now, because of the director's incompetence at managing her own employees and accepting my payment 6 months ago, I'll be forced to pay the balance now in order for Omni to send my warrantied appliance to the lab.

I'll definitely be finding another dentist and sharing my situation and opinion to everyone on every social site I'm on.
