Dear our value customers! Could you please help us out!
On January 15, at C&K Nails, around 3:30pm we took two walk-in customers for 2 deluxe pedicures with gel polish for a daughter and a mother, they were happy with their services and ready to get their finger nails done. The daughter got her fancy long nails with gel polish and some boong bling as well and the same with the mother. Her nails was long and fancy with gel color for finishing. Everything was perfect and she was happy to pay for and give us some $ for tip after spending almost 4 hours at hours shop. Our tech were working so hard on them and they were pleased to pay for. Today, we got an email from our merchant company that the customer file a dispute on the charged that she made on January 15. How could you do that to the small business when you were happy to pay for and file a charge back from the business
