This photo moment was captured just outside of The Driskillin downtown Austin during our fashion editorial photoshoot. Inspired by Princess Diana, courthouse engagements and edgy accessories, our Classique Chic editorial features classic bridal wear with a 90s twist. The bride's Alexandra Grecco Leo gown from Unbridaled is just one of the many vogue styles you'll see throughout the spread, along with hair and makeup for the minimalist bride prepped by Crown of Glory Beauty. The groom complemented in a black suit and silver chain necklace from Zara, and both ensembles were finished in jewelry from Form To Feeling.

Traveling hair stylists + makeup aritsts. Austin, TX. While we specialize in wedding hair + makeup,

I’m officially back from a couple weeks away to Mexico + Israel, and I feel so recharged and ready for what the rest of this year will bring ✨
I’M CHASSIE, the hair & makeup pro behind Crown of Glory Beauty. During my 12+ years in the beauty + wedding industry, I have found what values are most important to me and the beautiful people I serve:
Uncomplicated
Clean
Ethical
Creative
B E A U T Y
I truly feel that I have refined the wedding & special event beauty experience so that you can truly feel like yourself. That’s different for each of the unique clients that sit in our chair.
Our aesthetic is definitely on the more natural and undone side of the scale, but that doesn’t mean we don’t love a tasteful and effortless glam moment.
We are here to help guide you so that you can accomplish your ideal beauty vision without the worry of looking like a completely different person.
I have a team of carefully hand picked artists that are inline with this beauty philosophy, so that you can feel confident no matter who you are paired up with.
I have a communications team, my husband, NOAH, and our dearest EMILY that will be a huge part of making sure the logistics of your event with us go smoothly.
Please reach out today to us via email (quickest response) or DM (a little slower to respond) so that we can get your event officially on our books! Our books do fill up 6 months to a year in advance ✨

Israel stole my heart 🇮🇱 🐪
So grateful to have been able to do this before wedding season begins this Saturday. I’m back guys, and ready to serve you from a cup that has been filled by the only one who truly can give me water to where I never thirst again ✨
Fun fact: I lost my phone before boarding our flight. So depending on to send me some fun photos to post and share with y’all!
I LOVE traveling, and pray that I can travel with some of you to your destination weddings this year ✈️

Off to travel for a couple weeks! Noah and I go to Mexico first, and then I get to go with to Israel 🇮🇱!
I will definitely be posting. So be following along in the stories to come along with me! ✨
FEEL FREE TO EMAIL US IF YOU NEED ANYTHING IN THESE NEXT WEEKS!
I will have limited access to email, and we will have communications up through our newest member of our communications team, Emily Clay! She is using Noah’s email (her email address coming soon!).
Taking off! See you in Mexico 🇲🇽

Back in the studio today with my sister ! Follow along in our stories for some BTS content✨

Be sure you’re not walking this journey alone. Surround yourself with women that lift you. Hold you. Tell you the truth in gentleness + grace. Life is hard enough. Make sure you have strong friendships that will help get you through ✨

Still dreaming over Sophia’s hill country back yard wedding day as seen in 💖

Sophia + Andy’s backyard wedding was absolutely one for the books and is being featured on today ✨
You can count on seeing more of this beautiful day on my feed!

Chelsea stole our hearts walking in that chic bridal jumpsuit.

Happy birthday to my sister who always inspires me to embrace my inner vogue!
FUN FACT: When I was picking out my wedding gown , it came down to two. And she was the person that helped affirm my first choice. “You’ll never regret a gown”.
Thanks, sis! ✨

Chelsea + Ethan’s Tea Ceremony was something extra special…Chelsea wore her mother’s gown and hair piece from decades earlier.
Can’t wait to share more from their multi day celebration.

Jade, you are a dream 👌🏻
Just in case you were wondering, you’re worthy of love…even the highest form.

Ali + Brady’s whimsical wedding was truly like a fairy tail ✨
I always love working with and . Can someone say DREAM TEAM

Molly’s blue elopement gown will never get old. I fall more in love with her style every time I look at her gallery.
Don’t be afraid to do what feels right for you on your wedding day!

you are a whole vibe, girl! ✌🏼
And is my favorite 💛

MY GO-TO SUMMER HAIR LOOK: SLEEK CHIGNON.
BRIDES: If you’re a bride getting married this summer, you might want to consider a sleek bun. You will feel cool, and this style is super forgiving to any sweating. I would even encourage you to sleek all the front back to ensure your hair looks great all day!
EVERY DAY GALS: I truly do rock this look almost everyday in the hot months. You can wear this with lounge wear, a cute summer dress, or even to attend a black tie wedding!

A little black and white glam moment for Christina + Ted.

Hoping to get to a beach sometime soon…for now, I’ll day dream of this beautiful day with in Cabo! As seen in

It’s the subtle sparkle for me ✨
natural glam looks good on youuuuu orange 🍊✨💛

You’re my golden hour ✨

knew how to do it, y’all! Everyone selecting their preferred style of a yellow dress. The effortless hair and makeup looks. Your bridesmaids deserve to look and feel like themselves too. 💛

Still not over the bridesmaid details from wedding day ✨🤩🥂
PRO TIP: definitely consider sleek bun hairstyles for the summer heat. I promise you will feel comfortable, look great all night, and chic, my friend ⭐️

HAPPY WEDDING DAY, HANNAH ✨
Natural glam by our artist, Randall!

We are definitely on board the city hall train. But just cause you keep logistics simple, doesn’t mean you can’t make a statement 🤩
Oh, Molly. Thank you for being YOU.

These two are just the cutest! Today we cheers to Chelsea + Ethan ✨
This wedding has been on our books for years! While their elopement was amazing, I’m so excited to celebrate their long awaited BIG day!

Oh, Tiffany! She touched, encouraged, and lifted up my spirit when I’m the one supposed to be doing that for HER ✨
You are beautiful inside and out, sister! 💖
So happy to have met you and cannot wait to share more from her and Sean’s big day!

I know we have so many hats we wear. I know it’s really hard to say no. I know it’s hard to go against our cultural norms of being busy and having a completely jam-packed calendar.
I can’t sit here and tell you what you need to say yes to or what you need to say no to. That wisdom comes a little at a time as we walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.
But I know that you are a limited being. And that’s okay! Let’s be a community of women that gets more comfortable living within those limits. Maybe I’m wrong, but I think doing so will actually help us uncover more of our God given identity + purposes ✨

Doing some major organizing with my inbox and business today 📨🖥
BRIDES + PLANNERS:
Communication is a huge value here at Crown of Glory Beauty. We want your experience with us to be timely, reaponsive, and clear!

So, if you have been waiting on a response from us, it is my goal to get back to you this week (Hopefully today✨)!
Thank you for trusting us, and for your patience!
CHEERS 🥂,

If you listen, tell me what your thoughts are in the comments…

I don’t know who needed to hear this (me), but if you are in Christ, do you know what scripture tells us is true about ourselves now?
Being in Christ simply means you are trusting Him to lead your life now as apposed to figuring this thing called life out on your own. It means you now have 24/7 access to The Divine Power that spoke the cosmos into existence. That also created YOU ☺️
Let’s see what God says is true about us:
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
-2 Corinthians 5:17
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
-John 1:12
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
-Psalm 139:14
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
-Romans 8:1
Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience,
-Colossians 3:12
Isn’t that lovely? That’s what’s true of you. Your worth doesn’t come from what you do. What you look like. Or what others think of you.
God created you to know + love him and to reveal His character and love to the world. Those passions you have. The things that get you so excited. The people in your life. Not a coincidence, sis!
For those of you who are not following Jesus, he also thinks the world of you! He is just waiting for your heart to be ready. He is knocking at your door, and when you hear His voice and open the door, he will come in—it’s that simple ✨

This makeup + hair combo will always be one of my favorites. I always love getting to work alongside and .
Her ALL pink gets me in the perfect mood for Monday! 💕🌸🎀💄👛
👉🏼Don’t forget, you were made for the day and the day was made for you!
I love this phrase from because it helps me remember my human limits (need sleep every night) while simultaneously reminding me that I bear the very likeness of The One who created all things.
I was literal made for today. So we’re you.
Everything we do today matters. The mundane, repetitive, daily tasks and chats. The people we connect with are not by chance.
The person you sit next to on your lunch break. The little human’s diaper you are changing for the 100th time. The coworker that you’re helping with a project. The friend you want to call to check on. Or perhaps you keep going to your contacts to think of who you can call to tell you are struggling and need help?!
This day can be full of divine purpose if we lift our eyes. Make that human connection. Make that call. Tell that person you appreciate them.
Mundane Mondays are not something to escape, but to embrace ✨

A little pause in the bluebonnets at sunset ✨
coming in HOT with sneak peeks from last night’s wedding.
They’re hitched, y’all! Congratulations to Brooks + Erika. These two are extra special to Noah and me because they have so graciously trusted us to walk them through some premarital mentoring.
I was so honored to get to watch their beginning of a new journey. Husband and wife looks good on you two. Cannot wait to see what God does in and through your marriage ✨

Let’s take a deep breath today. No, like seriously!!
Stop.
Take a deep inhale. Breathing in God’s goodness.
As you exhale, breath out any burden, weight, or lie you are carrying with you today.
Name it or them.
I am currently carrying the burden that my father-in-law is coming to my house tomorrow and it’s a complete mess 🙈and I have NO idea how I’m gonna get my household “ready” by then.
I am so embarrassed for others to see my mess. I’m afraid that my father-in-law will come here and think that I am not a capable wife, or that I do not take care of the things that I have. Reminds me of Martha + Mary in the Luke…
📖 Now as they went on their way, Jesus entered a village. And a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to his teaching. But Martha was distracted with much serving. And she went up to him and said, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me.”
But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.” 📖
Obviously, hosting is a beautiful gift. Something that I love. But I think Martha was worried about the wrong thing—like I’m worried today about what other will think of me.
Unlike Martha, Mary was able to see that the sitting in the presence of her savior was the MOST IMPORTANT thing she could do.
I am choosing grace for myself today. I am choosing to be Mary, who sits at the feet of Jesus even though there are many things to be done. Spending time with Him this morning has already brought me so much peace + encouragement.
I don’t think that means I don’t do what I can to clean my home today, after my morning quiet time. I think it means that I can invite Jesus to be with me as I do something as mundane as sweeping or doing the dishes.
Cleaning up my house can be a picture that helps me remember that Jesus never grows weary of helping me clean up my messes. Washing my feet. Taking care of me.
Whatever I get done, I get done and that’s okay! 🥰

I HAVE SOME CONFESSIONS ✨
Did you know that I often still carry around the burdens of my family, my past mistakes, and failures?
Did you guys know I was a missionary in east Asia?
Did you know that I don’t like telling people that?
Did you know that those two years + the past few years back in The States I have struggled quite a bit with my sense of purpose?
Did you know that Noah and I had an early miscarriage back in 2018?
Did you know that we have struggled to get pregnant since?
Did you know that I often depend on myself for most things and don’t like asking people to help me?
Did you know that this causes me to put the weight of the world on my shoulders?
Did you know that I have kept all this (and more) hidden (from most) and because of that, it has caused me to walk in seasons of depression, anxiety, and isolation?
2 Corinthians 7:10 tells us that “Godly grief produces repentance that leads to salvation whereas worldly grief produces death”.
The Lord has graciously been letting me marinate on that verse past few days.
Although I have done my best to do some deep soul work in order to heal, I am not certain of the “why” of some of the things listed above. I am not completely certain what has exactly lead to some of the things that I listed above. I am definitely not certain of what all I need to ask God + others for forgiveness from, behaviors to ask The Spirit to help me change from, or who I need to extend forgiveness to.
Of all these things, I am not certain. But there is one thing I am certain of: Jesus came that I might have LIFE.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
-John 10:10
The way I have been “handling things” has lead to spiritual death in my life.
Ultimately, my biggest confession is that I have been denying Jesus’s invitation to confess, bring these things to the light, and allow His Spirit to heal me.
Repentance is something I can do with joy, because it is a warm invitation back into the presence of the only one who can truly help me.
Soli Deo Gloria ✨
