Chris the owner of the building has placed a quiet sign out in the lobby and is encouraging silent appointments to provide the best relaxing experience, so if I am quite during the lash appointment just know it is to be considerate of my surroundings and to provide the best service.

I typically do not service anyone under age, but this was such a spontaneous impulsive urge.

This is my daughter, she asked… “Mommy, what do your clients feel when they are getting their lashes done?” I said, come lay on my lash table. Then we did the whole gel pad, taping process and then I saw my colored lash tray and used the clear connection glue and applied a few unicorn inspired lashes. The next morning the first thing she did was brush her lashes 🥰

These are called lash maps.

Everyone and everything needs a guide.

When driving a map is used to avoid getting lost, it helps drivers get to the destination. In the lashing industry, we also need a map to guide us along the lashing journey. We start with a beautiful blank canvas on full sets, and for refills with a previous job that may need more lash loviN. We utilize the lash map to get back on track and head into the direction where we want to go. AKA a lash plan!

These lash maps demonstrated in this pic are from I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM.

We could get fancy with it or use a pen to mark our transition guides. The works of a good map can guide us to an amazing finished product.

Relaxation 💫

My instant gratification is when my client falls asleep while I am lashing away. That is the best compliment, it means they are so relaxed, they have a lash nap.

A lash nap is always great after a long day of work.

You can never go wrong with a classic set.

There is no right or wrong way to create a volume fan. Unless, it’s chunky and thick at the base... I love to create a custom volume fan to suit the clients lash needs.

For example, if there is a chicken pox scar and no hair grows in the area, create a wider fan that will essentially camouflage the bald area. If you just need to add more fluff, narrow it to fill in the gap. The signature I create is the whispy look. Although, uniformity and a clean look is astonishing, the base of my clients like the natural “I woke up like dis” look.

Aftercare is very important ladies. 🤩 Keep those lashes squeaky clean 🧼💫

💫Wash and remove your make up with an oil free cleanser.

💫Gather the V***n Sparkle aftercare kit items.

💫Pump the gentle oil free foaming cleanser on the lash wash brush.

💫Gently lather the foaming soap using the lash wash brush in a circular, side-to-side, or up and down motion to get all the oil, particles, and debris out of the lashes. Don’t be scared to get in there!

💫Rinse all the foaming cleanser off with lukewarm

💫Pat dry lashes with a lint-free towel.

💫Brush lashes and enjoy your sparkly clean lashes.
