Well here is start of menu, getting it up and running is fun. Marinated chicken quarters, chocolate chip cookies, and the strawberry Oreo cheesecake for fun.

Tonight, just good old beef. Nice ribeye on grill with light blacken seasonings.

Some chocolate chip 3 oz cookies. The sale on fundraiser will be 5 oz. They are bigger than my hand.

Well last night I filed for my business with the state of Texas. So fingers crossed. May is right around the corner.
