Did you know that meditation can:

1. Improve your memory
2. Help reduce blood pressure
3. Decrease stress and anxiety
4. Increase attention span

Integrating meditative practices into your daily routine can result in a LOT of physical and mental health benefits.

On September 18 (from 8pm-9pm), join me for a 60-minute integrative meditation workshop. You'll learn how to use meditation as a tool to improve overall wellbeing, AND wind down from the week.

Dm me for any questions and hope to see you all soon. Link to sign up will be in my bio.

This is one of my favorite poses. I do it almost daily.

Letting everything go, releasing, coming home to myself, giving myself this yummy hug.

Gratitude.

Every day I try to write down five things I am grateful for.
I highly recommend this daily practice to all of my clients.

Today I am grateful to have such beautiful nature I can spend time in, a healthy family, nourishing food to eat, time to meditate and the warm salt bath I was able to soak in this morning.

What are you grateful for today? Tell me below! 👇🏻👇🏻

Follow these steps to start feeling better and know we are all in this together.

Does anyone else just love the color green?

I love green because it reminds me of nature.

Studies conducted on nature therapy show a reduction of anxiety, depression and mood instability. Just twenty minutes outside getting fresh air makes a difference.

You still have time to get outside today!
