GLUTE HAM WORK! 30 sec full back side burn! 🔥 🔥🔥 Lit up glutes hams calves back n core! Great exercise for strengthening the hamstrings in a lengthened position.

Upper body focus today. Slow falling dumbbell bench press for 30 secs. Start both bells at the top and slowly pull them down into the bottom of the bench press motion. Breaking at the elbow. We are actively pulling with back, core is tight & activated, glutes squeezed, belly breathing. At the end of the 30 secs both elbows are low and chest muscles are being stretched/lengthened...when time goes down to 3.2.1 explode & press both bells up.

Getting shocked up! Basketball is back in session so it’s time to get stronger. Working on some easy suitcase squats. Keeping the chat high and learning how to drop and sink in to the hips while exploding back up!

Great exercise for full body activation and balance for young athletes! Step up (whole foot on box) with single arm dumbbell press! Hard knee drive (without back arch) and down leg Glute squeeze! Simple but if done correctly firing all the right places it’s pretty taxing! Lots of work on core/psoas/hip flexors, glutes, shoulder/lat strength! Same side dumbbell press or opposite side press, can’t go wrong with either!

Love 💗 these elevated box lunges. Allows my athletes to get a lil deeper on the front leg to challenge the Glute. Back leg is creating some major stretch in the re**us femoris high quad “HIP FLEXOR!”

JUMP MAN JUMP MAN JUMP MAN! THIS BOY UP TO SOMETHIN! The youngin has a 36 inch vertical but has some knee pain with his explosiveness. So the body is telling us something is not quite right.

We Did a search and found some quads, calves, were tight & lower abs need some relaxing so they can have more spring abilities & control.
