🌸 Happy AAPI Heritage Month! 🌸
This year’s theme is “A Legacy of Leadership and Resilience” — honoring the contributions and enduring spirit of the AANHPI community. It’s about celebrating those who paved the way, so future generations (like us!) could thrive and adapt to change.

A personal reflection 💭:
Growing up, I spent most of my time outside of school at the Vietnamese Buddhist temple—learning the language, practicing martial arts, and volunteering. It was my second home until college. Looking back, it shaped me in so many ways—especially in patience and (surprisingly!) customer service. The hardest and most beautiful lesson I'm still learning? That inner peace is happiness.

This year, I’m refocusing on those teachings. A recent trip to Japan helped ground me again—visiting temples and shrines across Kyoto reminded me to slow down, cherish family time, and reevaluate what truly matters. Inner peace over the grind.

As I create and grow Just Jinx’d, I want to bring more joy, calm, and intentionality into my work—and spread those good vibes to all of you. 🧘🏻‍♀️🌱

It’s funny how life happens. I (Michelle) got let go from my job in 2022 and was constantly wondering if I was good enough (for literally anything). Now, I’m confident in myself and happy with where I am in both Just Jinx’d and my full-time job. Just Jinx’d has evolved my mentality and taught me to be grateful for what I have. Thank you, Jinx fam, for your continuous support! 💕 Excited to see how we’ll all grow together in the next year. 🌟

✨ Fun facts from 2024:
- Our art is now in TWO new stores! 🛍️
- Robert & I got engaged! 💍
- We embraced culture and holistic health. 🌿
- Adopted the sweetest (and most hyper!) husky pup. 🐾

🎯 Goals for 2025:
- Get into 2 more stores. (more if possible)
- Prioritize self-care.
- Grow in the e-commerce space.

2024 was a weird year. We stepped back from in-person markets to focus on ourselves and our health. Constant fatigue and sickness made things tough, but we learned so much about balance. This year, we’re working on building our health and creating art for the pure joy of it. Thank you for being on this journey with us—we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store! 🎉
