I practice from a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size approach to help folks heal their relationships with food, their bodies, and movement. I strive for every client to feel empowered and capable of fighting back against the inner critic, intrusive thoughts, and breaking free from patterns of behavior that no longer serve them.
