Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Orange juice
3/4 oz Lime juice
1 oz Hibiscus-Chile syrup
1/2 oz Egg white
Red chili garnish

(Method)
--Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain high pour in a coupe glass just as would. Garnish with red chili.

Always high pour double strain for maximum aeration.

Drink: SIDECAR🍹
Ingredients:
▪️ 50ml
▪️ 20ml Seville orange liquor
▪️ 20ml fresh lemon juice

➖Shake and double strain using hawthorn strainer and a fine mesh strainer😃
Garnish: Lemon peel, baby grapes.
