Found a perfect spot in my backyard for portraits/headshots! Thank you Trish Bennett Dew for the business and the drive to get the most out of my home studio. (Looking at adding an old-fashioned wooden swing in this spot for use as well.)

This beautiful, graduating senior was "Pretty in Pink" in her prom gown for her in-studio shoot, and I LOVED getting to use this beautiful backdrop for the first time! The session, with 3 outfit and background changes in total, was a great success! What a joy to get the announcement in the mail and see the photos put to good use. Thank you Christy Gordon Nixon for this opportunity to capture this monumental moment in Lindsay's life.

Even though I knew it was going to arrive late for the Valentine's season this year, I could not pass up this amazing set of Katebackdrops that were for sale on MLK Day! I still need to work on the corners a little and smooth out the wrinkles, as this is the first time to hang multiple backdrops at once, but I am so pleased with how this looks. The great thing about this set is that 3 of the 4 can be used all year round for Bo***ir and glamour portraits of adults and littles alike. CAN'T WAIT TO GET A CLIENT IN FRONT OF IT! One of my all time favorite food images that I have taken. Took this while working as the Creative Director for Fuddruckers Corporate, circa 2008/2009. The Three Cheese also happened to be my go to burger choice. 😊 You still can't beat that Fuddruckers bun! I worked with the talented Amy Scofield as food stylist on this shoot. Those were always fun days!
