Someone leans in. Someone pauses. Sometimes it flows beautifully and sometimes we step on each other’s toes.
Hi friends! 😊 Some of you know me through Partner Dance Connection and the classes and workshops I’ve taught over the years.
These days my work has evolved quite a bit. I’m now an LPC-Associate in Austin and I integrate expressive arts therapy and partner dance into relational connection work.
One of the things I’m experimenting with is a small couples experience called Date Night Dance: Embodied Partner Experience. It blends simple partner dance with connection exercises inspired by Authentic Relating.
It’s not really a dance class and not quite therapy either. More like a playful container for couples to explore connection through movement.
I’m hosting this one in Austin and keeping it intentionally small with just five couples.
