Physique update from the other night post a lighter upper body day. Honestly my legs have been pretty annoying just because my knees have always been an issue and so I havent really been pushing the weight quite just yet where my upper body doesn't feel great still but I'm still able to push weight on some exercises unlike my legs. But surprisingly to me they don't look too bad and are starting to come back, still lacking a bit in the sides for sure and I'm Def not ready to post something from behind but we getting there
Little leg day session
Warmed up for about 8 minutes on the assault bike just to get everything moving.
Moved on to abductor, adductor machines for a few Warmup sets just working my way up the stack
Followed by some laying hamstring curls because the seated machine was taken but once they got up I did a couple of top sets on the seated leg curl machine
Then we moved on to a horizontal leg press for more of just a lighter pump up pressing exercise
For our main leg movement I used the v squat machine for sets of 12
And just to finish it off we threw in a couple sets of calf raises there at the end
Upper body day from Monday, and man im feeling it today. So went through the warmup twice and then the main bulk of the training was just alternating push up with assisted pullups until reps on the pullups got to about 6 and then we called it. Then we did 2 sets of mountain climbers and like 10 of "jumping rope" followed up with a half mile run. This is me thinking im taking it easy and man I tell you the doms I got today is wild, granted I was a little light on food yesterday but still.
I dont want to say im back yet because it still embarrassing ive dropped down to this point and the reason to me I still dont even know, but we trying baby
Today's training we kept it fairly simple, with a light warmup routine, took about 9 minutes
Few sets of lat pull downs also part of the warmup, got to 2 "top" sets before getting started on deads
Then we super setted some light deadlifts with 20 footers. Kept the weight at 40kg just reintroducing the movement and varying reps from 5-12 mixing up the tempo and sets just till we hit an hour training time

Super excited to announce I'll be representing the .dg crew for 2025! I couldn't be more excited to represent an amazing and local brand in my disc golf community and can't wait to share the Loot with everybody! As a gym rat with clammy hands you best believe im gonna need something to help with my grip and im covered with whatever I need that day in all the different blends and no more dropping chunks of chalk all over the course for me!😋

Awesome weekend helping out at the open at austin, these goombas all worked way harder than me, but they allow me to tag along. Pretty epic we got a pic with the champ before she was officially done during the rain delay

These new lightweight Apex tacos are something else. Loving the glow and max weight as well and little comparison video coming soon! But for reliable easy stability these are great and they can go far!
