We are thrilled to announce we have added to our team here at TBB! We introduce you TBB’s Portfolio Design and Career Advisor. Dallas will be apart of the nanny placement process in various capacities but her true bread and butter will be working with our caregivers on portfolio/resume design, career/job counsel, speaking with families on nanny industry standards, and being the human relations extraordinaire that she is!

✨Meet Dallas Phillips✨

As a former private caregiver and educator with over 8+ years of professional hands-on experience, Dallas thoroughly understands the inner workings of the modern family and advocates for caregivers to reach their highest potential in the career-nanny industry. Dallas holds a Bachelors Degree in Child Development and Family Relations, taken 12 pre-requisite courses for Speech Pathology, and will be finishing her Masters degree in Educational Psychology and Research come May 2023 from the University of Memphis. She also plans to attend a Doctoral Program in 2024! With her position at TBB she aims to exceed the expectations of the childcare provider industry through educating and consulting families and caregivers. By using tools on how to navigate work place issues when they arise, she is a key component in balancing the TBB employer to employee relationship, and understands how unique and intimate this industry is. She helps caregivers market, strategize, and succeed as a independent child care worker and hopes to be a sounding board for all.

In her free time you’ll find Dallas traveling around the U.S. and globally, or even for her work as a caregiver! She loves downtime with her husband and dog, going to concerts, and loves going out and trying new restaurants in Nashville. Her side passions are in progressive parenting methods, interior design, and anything entrepreneurial related. With her background she brings a unique insight into the way she views her work. Dallas is very excited about this new position and will be available to book soon for consulting and advising!

We are so excited for the creativity, knowledge and business acumen that she will bring to TBB. This is only the beginning.

The bundled baby is hiring for a new professional nanny position in 78746! This position will start off with consistent hours from 2pm-7pm (with the option of additional hours during the week or weekend if you prefer full time). They have two children (ages 4 and 1) and a baby on the way! The baby is due in April of 2022. When summer comes, this position will switch gears snd transition to a typical 8am-4pm full time position. Both older children will be in school full time, and your main priority will be the baby! They really would love to have someone grow long term with their family.

In addition to childcare, they are hoping to hire someone who can help out around the house and with meal prepping! They also want to prioritize someone who is willing to travel with the family a few weeks out of the year.

Their ideal candidate will be someone who is COVID vaccinated, has reliable transportation and someone who is looking to stay with the family long-term. The boy’s are very active and love to go on outings and stay engaged in their home. One of the boys will be in school 3 days a week, so driving to and from school/activities is required. Please only apply if you are comfortable with multiple toddlers, and if you are willing to take initiative to help keep their home functioning properly! They would love someone willing to travel with them a few times a year, including to Michigan often in the summer.

Benefits include: overtime hours, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks PTO, sick days, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement and a retention bonus of $1500 every 6 months.

~Schedule your child’s next routine checkup.
~Ensure vaccinations are up to date.
Schedule a routine dental checkup.
~Add new healthy activities to your children’s routine.
~Set an example by letting your children catch you in healthy habits.
Inspect your child’s toys. Are they broken or age-appropriate?

Asking the right questions can be so important! Make sure to prepare a list before each interview to make sure you really get to know your candidates. This will make it easy for you to decide who the best candidate is for you!
