Overview: The Delivery / Installation Team Member is an integral and important part of Premiere’s Direct Customer Service (DCST) Team. The DITM receives direct instruction and assignments from the Delivery Team Leader, but is ultimately responsible to the Vice president of Operations. The Quality Assurance Officer provides coaching and monitors various aspects of DTM performance. This position is primarily responsible for helping to get Premiere’s inventory into the hands of our customers, installing Premiere tents and or setting up Pemiere’s inventory (where required) and for retrieving the company’s property (and returning it to a company facility) after use.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Report to the designated location for daily Roll Call.

2. Assist the Team Leader in completing the daily (weekly) Vehicle Inspection Log.

3. Assist the Team Leader in locating, accounting for and loading inventory / tent components to accurately complete scheduled deliveries.

4. Assist the Team Leader in properly loading inventory / tent components for transport (and delivery), protecting fragile and breakable items from damage.

5. Assist the Team Leader in unloading inventory / tent components at the job site (and with set up if appropriate) to satisfactorily complete scheduled deliveries.

6. Assist the Team Leader in preparing for scheduled pickups.

7. Assist the Team Leader in locating, loading and preparing Premiere’s inventory / tent components to satisfactorily complete schedule pickups.

8. Provide professional, courteous service to Premiere customers.

9. Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with Premiere team members.

10. Attend monthly DCS Team meetings (normally held the first Wednesday of each month).

11. Protect, at all times and to the maximum extent possible, Premiere’s property, including Premiere facilities, Premiere inventory, Premiere tools and equipment.

12. Complete additional tasks and activities as may be assigned in pursuit of Premiere’s goals and objectives.

Overview: The Warehouse Team Member (WTM) is an integral and important part of Premiere’s Indirect Customer Service Team. The WTM receives instruction, guidance and direction from the Warehouse Manager, but may be directed by any member of the Executive Team. The Warehouse Team Member is thoroughly familiar with all Premiere inventory items in his / her area of responsibility. This position is primarily responsible for helping the Warehouse Manager in protecting Premiere’s customer service reputation and enhancing the satisfaction level of Premiere customers by successfully executing the duties and responsibilities outlined below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment: Locate and “pull” RENTAL READY inventory items (for his/her assigned area) in order to accurately fill rental orders for Customer or DCS Team pickup. Note: WTM’s are expected to immediately notify the Warehouse Manager or, in his / her absence, an Executive Team Member of any discrepancy in rental order fulfillment (due to inability to locate a required item in sufficient quantity or in rental-ready condition).

2. Inventory Management. Check the completeness and condition of rental order returns. Ensure that short returns or damaged inventory is reported to the Warehouse Manager (or in his / her absence, to an Executive Team Member. Restore rental-ready inventory (protected from damage) to the designated storage location.

3. Rental Readiness. Complete assigned “make-ready” tasks (i.e. washing, polishing, cleaning, maintaining, etc.) in a satisfactory and professional manner.

4. Provide professional, courteous service to Premiere customers. Assist, as directed, with customer pickups and returns.

5. Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with Premiere team members.

6. Protect, at all times and to the maximum extent possible, Premiere’s property, including Premiere facilities, Premiere inventory, Premiere tools and equipment.

7. Help maintain a clean and orderly Premiere warehouse / facility. Complete or assign daily warehouse / facility activities (e.g. sweeping, trash pickup, grounds “patrol”, etc.).

8. Complete additional tasks and activities as may be assigned in pursuit of Premiere’s goals and objectives.
