Last winter job, replaced 9 storm windows with new Mathews Brothers Company double hung windows. Also put in a new Anderson storm

Spring Decking replacement. The old decking was past its lifetime and needed replacement. When the decking was removed it was discovered that the joists were due for replacement as well. New trex pebble gray was installed, railings were reused due to being in good shape.

Project from early this spring. New siding, trim coil facia and soffit. Certainteed forest green vinyl siding. Added a small eye brow roof on the front to shed water away from the sliding glass door.

14 Window replacements. One of the biggest window jobs to date. The old windows were fixed pane windows unable to open. There was a lot of rot repair on this job. We lowered the middle window on the gable to allow a better view. The new Mathew’s brother’s windows are a huge upgrade with the double hung windows.

New back deck, French door stairs and front porch. Decking timber tech vintage mahogany and Versatex risers. Old decks and stairs were in need of replacement.

Completed 24x25 steel garage. This was a first for putting together a steel building. Walls are 13’ tall at the eve and 14’-6” at the middle. Very strong building.
