Did you know our Homebuyer Education Classes are open to anyone statewide? Here is a testimony from a First Time Homebuyer who attended a recent class.

"We feel less anxious about the home buying process. The educator and the guest speakers made it feel possible to purchase a house and took away a lot of the fear around purchasing. Everyone was upfront and honest with their information and took their time to answer questions. Although we don’t qualify for the MaineHousing buyer credit, we wanted to take the class to learn what it takes to make such a large purchase and we feel confident now with the help from the educators and guests. We love the examples and stories. It helps to understand the importance of the different insurances and programs. Thank you!"
