Building Better Hunters

Keep your eyes on your goals. Keep training your horse. Keep showing up for yourself. You are an inspiration and you are being admired, even on your worst days.
This may resonate with some equestrians.. no matter what saddle you ride in, or what level you achieve; we are all out here at the mercy of that horse and whatever you believe to be in the universe (for me, that’s Jesus). And we need real healthcare that can help us.
We are already at risk, but this is a huge reason why I created . To hopefully lessen that risk and help riders keep one leg on each side, for as many rides as possible.

Desensitization to bucking and kicking is pertinent to a reactive horse. For some horses, even gentle pressure (as shown here) can really cause some unwanted behavior. Desensitization to the belly rope, and the flank rope, is a key process BEFORE saddling.
To every equestrian who feels like quitting, or that they aren’t making enough progress: you are.
And one day you may look over through the dusty sunset with squinted eyes, and realize that you’ve made a lot more progress than you thought. And you’ll feel proud.
Keep going.
Nature walks with 😂
