WE ALMOST HIT THIS BABY😭😭😭
My mom was driving to bring a kitten for spay neuter when the scariest moment happened. She slammed her breaks, closed her eyes, and prayed to stop in time. A little orange blob darted right into the middle of the street and actually went directly under her car between the front and rear tires. Imagine the emotions a cat rescuer would have running over a kitten? When the car stopped, he ran up the road. Relief!!! She was able to chase him down and scoop him up. Not much further down the road, there was a Siamese kitten his size deceased— I’m assuming it was a sibling. 😭. This is one lucky boy.
Why did the Chicken cross the road? To be rescued of course! Meet Chicken! 😹. Timing wasn’t great with us still trying to find homes for all the current kittens, but he already is down to 8 lives so we had to help and make sure he gets a safe home and maintains the rest. He’s not in the best shape yet, lots of fleas, diarrhea, the usual kitten ailments we run into over and over again. Hopefully we can get him healthy and ready to go to a home soon. He is close to 2lbs so it won’t be too long until he’s ready after some TLC.
Another life saved, close call.. whew! The cat rescue distribution system needs to chill😂

Tickles has a specialist appointment coming up! Praying the other eye can stay!
We recently had Tickles back to our primary vet for a checkup after having the ruptured eye removed. His remaining eye looks SOOOO much better than it used to. I THINK he might be able to see something, maybe shadows.. it’s hard to tell! Dr Johnson was on the fence about taking it out because of the 3rd eyelid covering most of the eye or leaving it if it’s not bothering him. She said the eye is also smaller than usual. He is now reaching the point where he can be neutered, almost 2lbs so we are trying to figure out what’s best.
So to be on the safe side, we are bringing him in 2 weeks to Dr Pentlarge, the best eye specialist around. She has all crazy tools and tests to check much more in depth. We would hate for him to lose the eye if he does have some sort of vision and it can be saved. We always want what’s best for them! So fingers crossed!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Isn’t he just precious?!? He is full of excitement, purrs, and energy…..always!! He’s a 4 legged tornado 😂. And he still loves his tickles!

Fixed and no babies for these kitties!!! Yay! TNR stands for trap neuter return. This is for feral cats to help end the cycle of kittens being born to suffer. Females get to relax more with their life not being consumed by constantly having litters. Male cats become less territorial and fight less helping prevent the spread of diseases like FIV. It also reduces the risk of cancer for both. There are so many positives!!
If you feed them, please fix them! Rescues and shelters are terribly overwhelmed this time of the year. We get several messages per day and can only do so much. Be proactive and get those cats fixed now before it becomes a bigger problem. If you need more info on low cost or free clinics near you, message us!
These kitties were from weeks ago, we still have so many TNRs we have done to post! Even though we are forced to slow down with our hands full during kitten season, we try our best to do what we can. You can do it too. Get involved! 🙌🙌❤️❤️

No homes yet for these sweet beautiful babies 😥!!!
I don’t know why these perfect little rescues haven’t been scooped up yet! We need to find their forever homes so we can help more! ❤️❤️
All have been spayed, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/felv tested, and have age appropriate vaccines. Their adoption fee is only $75 which is farrrrr less than it costs. ☺️. Come meet them and see who steals your heart!❤️❤️ you can find an application in our bio on IG or below on FB.
Momma Pollen is one of the best momma cats we have ever had. She is affectionate, loving, trusting, and not scared of new people at all. Everyone is her friend. She wants humans all the time. She is now kitten-less so it is her turn at a home!
Happy is a spunky energetic girl. She loves to play, jump, and fly through the air with excitement. She is happy to be alive and making up for lost time as a sick baby. She would do great with other kitties!
Sneezy is an adorable cute and unique sweetheart. She has a little pointy side profile that is so different. She is an excellent balance of play/energy, and cuddler!
Chickweed is a great girl with lots of stripes! She has come so far personality wise from her days on the streets and loves to be held and purrs away. She enjoys playing with other kitties and does adorable bunny hops!
Henbit is gorgeous!! All her pretty calico colors! She is our underdog being more scared at first leading others to be chosen over her. She’s nervous around new people and will need a home who understands that and lets her open up at her own pace. With lots of love and patience, she will be just fine. She loves belly tickles while laying in her bed.

ADOPTED! Claritin!🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️
The little viral baby hisser was adopted!!! She may have been spicy as a newborn, but she turned into a big sweetheart and found the most wonderful family who loves her so much! After helping TNR in a local neighborhood, one of the neighbors who helped there sent a picture of one of the kittens to her daughter. She fell in love, but ultimately they all fell more in love with Claritin at their meet and greet. After losing their kitty last year, the family was ready to open their hearts again and Claritin was the lucky girl chosen to join such a great family.
Claritin has a new name, Zucchini! Super adorable. Her new mommy, Kelly, tells us she has quickly become a member of the family and even snuggled up to her when she felt under the weather. Looks like their daughter is having a blast with Miss zucchini too! Yayy!
Thank you so much Kelly, Jonathan, Eliza, and Sue for coming to adopt this sweet girl. We know she will bring your family lots of love. We send an extra thank you too for the generous donation.
Yayy zucchini!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️❤️

The postal babies are a tough crowd. Diarrhea so bad, not wanting to eat formula or food…. So we have had our hands full with them between feedings that take forever, meds, sub q fluids, cleaning up after them 💩 everywhere, and baths. Poor babies are in rough shape. But they are the cutest little faces and seem like they are feeling slightly better today. Fingers crossed!!
They def seem older than the vets initial estimate of 3 weeks old… they already had emerged front teeth, canines, and even first molars! Teeth are always the best way to estimate age. I think they are just very malnutritioned and tiny. We feel so blessed to be able to nurse them back to health. We can’t wait to see them as happy healthy playful kittens soon and then off to forever homes in a few weeks❤️

And then there was one! 🥺. Only one baby left from the Pollen babies.. and momma too! HELP US FIND THEM HOMES ❤️❤️❤️
Not shockingly, the last kitten is the black kitten. This is an issue every year due to superstitions or whatever bogus reason… BLACK CATS ARE THE BEST! Anyway…..We are so grateful and happy his sisters are so loved in their new homes but we want this little guy to have his moment of happiness too!!! He is SO sweet and SO trusting. Being born here, he’s had lots of hands on attention so there is nothing that fazes him at all. Perfectly cuddly and playful. Benadryl has a few white hairs on his chest and a big white spot on his lower belly. His eyes are a beautiful golden color. He is 10 weeks old .
Momma Pollen, where do I begin!!! If you’re looking for a sure thing cat, she’s it!! Seriously, she is the full package and one of the best we have EVER had. She thrives on human attention. Pollen is calm natured, trusting, and easy to please. She stares into your eyes so lovingly. Literally THE BEST!!! Everyone who has met her adopting kittens has fallen in love with her. She is about 2 years old as estimated by the vet. She gets along great with other cats too. She is solid grey like a blue Russian. Gorgeous!!!
We still have quite a few kittens ready to go. Thank you everyone who has been sharing our posts! It helps!! Please continue! 😉😜❤️❤️

An unexpected surprise of 4 more! And another newbie introduction.
We got an urgent panicked call from our vets office asking if we could help. Their mail lady came in with 2 tiny kittens they estimated to be around 3 weeks old. She found them in the gutter alone and took them to the vet. With how busy they are at the office and not having anyone who could care for them needing such close special care with around the clock feeding, of course we said yes. They would not survive otherwise and we know shelters don’t have the capacity for bottle babies right now. We ran to the vet and off to an appointment feeding them in the car on the way. A little while later, another call. She found 3 more babies and sadly one of them was deceased. So on the way back from my appointment, we headed back to the vet to pick the remaining 2 kittens. From 2 to 4 🫣🫣🫣!!! We knew it was a life or death situation so even though we were waiting to make a few more adoptions before taking more, it was an emergency so gotta do what we gotta do!
So since they are from the mail lady, they got some names to match. The entire litter are boys. They are pretty thin and bony, dehydrated, one has a little gooey eye, and they all have pretty bad fleas and pale gums— flea bite anemia. Their body temperatures were a little low too so we are praying they made it to us in time. They did well with their bottle feeding so that is a good sign.
We also recently took in this little guy named Cosmo who already has a home waiting for him. Well, let’s welcome these babies and please remember to get your cats and any outdoor cats you know of fixed. We can’t keep up and shelters and all rescuers are overwhelmed.!!
P.s.- The irony is Rocky took his first bite of food today so we jumped for joy. My mom thought her overnight feeding duty was over. 😂😂. No rest for the weary!!

Checked in on some TNR spots we feed and they got some fresh straw in their houses. 🥰🥰🥰
It’s so important to check and maintain things for them. When we came by the other day, we noticed 3 of their houses we placed over the winter were thrown down in a ditch… obviously by some heartless human. It’s not a residential area and is mostly woods. My husband cleaned them out, freshly stuffed them, and set them back up. The one house had random blankets in it that we didn’t put in. Although this seems sweet, and we are glad others are looking out for them too, blankets hold moisture in the summer (creating so much bacteria and fungus) and can freeze and cause death in the winter. Little things matter and I’m sure the cats will be happy to have fresh homes!
And remember—- if you feed them, FIX THEM!!!!!!!! If you need some resources or help, please reach out. ❤️❤️
