We specialize in turtles and tortoises. We are a nonprofit, located in Auburn, Ca on 3 acres. Our love and devotions to animals is one of our greatest qualities.
We've had turtles/tortoises for over 30 yrs, my husband is a veterinarian and we have knowledge and resources to give these amazing creatures the care they need. Turtle & Tortoise Town in the making. Currently, 7 tortoises live here, and soon I'll add our 5 box turtles. This is T&T Inn, and soon, I will add a T&T General Store, Black Smith Shop, and the Rock Quarry. I enjoy sitting on the benches and just watching!

Our first kitten rescue of 2025! My dear friend Maira found a kitten about 8-10 days old, brought it home, and fostered her. When the kitten was about 5 weeks, she called me, and we took her in to finish her fostering and find her a home. We named her Dottie. We had her about a month, and my cousins came to visit and decided they could go home without this amazing kitten! Thank you, Maira and Aaron & Jill!

Yesterday, I picked up two 6 tortoises. The first 2 pics are my car load. The 3rd is in my office until the weather gets better and a habitat built for them and the 4th, the 2 big gals in the barn.
We have moved to Auburn, Ca to 3 acers. We still have our Davis house and can help with any turtle or tortoise finds. We are finishing our new pond and turtle habitat soon. Last year we added a Mojave desert tortoise (estimated to be 100 years old) and another box turtle to our Sanctuary.
