🔥 Papi Q’s March Madness Pop-Up is back! 🔥

Join me March 28 at Smyrna Beer Market for a night of Cuban flavor. I’ll be serving up pressed Cuban sandwiches, soup of the day, and my French toast bread pudding.

If you missed the last pop-up… this is your chance to fix that.

Sometimes the hardest part of anything is simply getting started. With so many ideas bouncing around our heads and the distractions of everyday life, it can be hard to bring a vision to fruition.

On February 28, I had the pleasure of serving the people of Smyrna a piece of myself — my culture and the gifts I’ve developed over the years in the kitchen. Seeing so many friends and colleagues come out to support this first Papi Q pop-up filled my heart with gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared a sandwich, and encouraged this new venture. I’m excited to keep bringing the mojo and to walk this journey with all of you.
