My newest Daily Scripture Writing Plan, "Heroes of the Faith," for March 2022.

March 2022 Daily Scripture Writing Plan - Heroes of the Faith - Intro
As we enter into the month of March and into a new season of the year, I have had heroes of the faith on my mind. The definition of the word, "hero" is: a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. I'm sure I was led to this after reading about St. Patrick for the upcoming holiday of St. Patrick's Day on March 17, 2022. Since I'm not of the Catholic faith, I really didn't know much about St. Patrick, and was interested to learn more. His introduction on Wikipedia starts out like this, "Saint Patrick (Latin: Patricius; Irish: Pádraig [ˈpˠaːd̪ˠɾˠəɟ]; Welsh: Padrig) was a fifth-century Romano-British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland. Known as the 'Apostle of Ireland', he is the primary patron saint of Ireland." As I read on, I was amazed to learn about St. Patrick's life and history. It struck me that he was a "hero" of his time. This led me to think of heroes of our faith. The Bible gives us many examples, with Jesus as our prime example, whose love we can find woven into every book of the Bible. Many of us know some heroes of our faith, such as :
• A little shepherd boy who slew a mighty giant
• The only female judge in the Old Testament
• An interpreter of dreams
• A exiled man who saw the new heaven and new earth...
..and many, many more. The list of heroes I have included in this plan is by no means exhaustive, nor is it representative of any particular topic or agenda. It is completely random and is meant to only be a sampling of the great men and women whom God set before our eyes to grow and inspire us. In my research and reading for this topic, I found myself filled with excitement, and at times overcome by tears! I felt like I was getting to know each of these people on a more personal level in a way that I never had before. They felt like friends.
The assigned scriptures this month are, in some examples, much longer than what we normally write out each day. Some writers may be okay with writing out that much, but for others it may be excessive for any number of reasons. If it's too much for you to write out, that's perfectly okay! Instead of writing out the entire passage(s), just choose whichever verses you feel led to write. Maybe you'd like to choose a couple of key verses, the introduction scripture about that person, etc. The goal in this is to gain a better insight and knowledge of these "heroes of the faith," and to see how God used them in such mighty ways. I would encourage you to read through all the assigned passages for a given hero, then let God lead you in your writing. You may also want to read more! There is SO MUCH MORE to the people listed than I have included in the plan. I challenge you to dive in and get to know them better!
In closing, I have one more challenge for you. As you study these heroes in March, think about who your own heroes of the faith are. Would it be an outstanding preacher and orator who led many souls to Christ, such as Rev. Billy Graham? Would it be your saintly mother or grandmother who shed countless tears on behalf of her children or grandchildren as she waged spiritual warfare over their souls? Would it be a Godly best friend who had the nerve to get into your face and challenge you about sin in your life? Think about who your own heroes would be. Thank God for them in prayer, and if they are still living, reach out in some way and tell them how much they mean to you and to your walk of faith. I firmly believe that God will honor that!
Happy Reading and Writing, everyone!! ~Mel~

Hi everyone!! First and foremost, let me say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has ordered custom items for Christmas from me. I hope you'll share pictures of your loved ones with their Melly-Roo item(s) after you give it. I would love to see pix!! Having said that, I have to let everyone know that starting as of now, I can't accept any new Christmas 2021 orders. I have so much work to do - STATED WITH A VERY GRATEFUL HEART - that I'm struggling to get it all done in time. In the meantime, I can't complete my own Christmas tasks like shopping and wrapping gifts... LOL!! I will start taking orders again after New Year's. THANK YOU SO MUCH for believing in my crafts and loving them as much as I do! ~Mel~

Did I tell you that I've also ventured into the world of sublimation??? Full color t-shirts that won't fade or peel, keychains, coasters, bags, etc, etc. The possibilities are endless!! Check out some of my work!
(PLEASE SHARE! THANKS!)
Hi everyone! Since I was unable to set up my booth at a craft fair as planned today, I have a good bit of "RTS," ready to sell, product on hand! I'd like to do a Facebook live event to showcase these items and see if anyone would like to order them, or to get ideas for any custom items you might like to order.
Question: what day & time is best for you to participate in an event like this?
I have also ventured into snow globe tumblers! This is my SBX tumbler with iced coffee in it. :)
Are you a manager of people? A leader in some way? Someone who is responsible to provide a thoughtful, personalized gift for employees, group members, family, or even just your circle of friends? Before the holiday rush hits, how about thinking ahead and getting a jump start on a great gift for them, or on your own personal Christmas list? I would love to help! I can create many kinds of personalized, unique items within just about any price range, from $5 up. Key chains, ink pens, jewelry, coasters, hats, epoxy tumblers or water bottles, tote bags, full color graphics shirts, etc., etc. With legal permissions, I can even put your business logo on the items. If you're not local, I will ship the items either for free (if it's not a great cost) or will split it with you 50/50 if it's a higher cost. As an added incentive, if you beat the holiday rush and place an order before October 15th, I'll take 10% off the cost of the item(s). Private message me and lets see what we can create together!! Your employees, friends, family, etc. will be in awe of a personalized gift this year!
If you've been a customer or recipient of a tumbler, shirt, jewelry, or anything else from me/Melly-Roo, would you please leave a review on my page for me? Thank you!!
