RECIPE
Mix 1.25 oz Tanqueray No. TEN with 3 oz of your green juice of choice over ice. Blend assorted greens with apple and lemon to create juice. Fine strain green juice into glass, add Tanqueray No. TEN and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Root Beer Float Plankers (serves 8):
4 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
1 cup root beer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 packets gelatin powder
Garnish with whipped cream

Steps:
1. In a small saucepan, combine root beer, vanilla extract, and gelatin. Let sit for one minute.
2. Turn heat to medium and bring to a boil, whisking occasionally until ingredients are fully dissolved.
3. Turn heat off and whisk in Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum. Pour into shot molds.
3. Place molds in freezer to cool and solidify.
4. When ready to serve, remove shots from freezer, top with whipped cream, and serve.
