Tuesday, Delaney came to visit SOA and we had our first ! 🤭😆

Today, the four of us spent a fun afternoon of sun & schnackies at Robyn’s pool!

We then had allll the cheese (at the restaurant where we had our first dinner together ever 🥹) and a sneaky celebration for Karen’s “not yet” big birthday next week! IYKYK

Time for sleep because the Lead/Bari/Bass are getting Hellerized tomorrow at SOA!

We are at 399! Who is going to be #400??

Recovering is a delight after having our quartet debut & placing 7th in our first regional contest together! 🫧🫧🫧🫧
We also are celebrating the very first quartet contest for our baritone, Gills… we mean Renae. 😏 Renae, we were honored to be there as everyone was able to witness what we get to experience each time we are together. You did it and we couldn’t be prouder of you!!

Special thanks to our families and friends for giving us all this time away together but especially to Brian & Stacy Patton for not only gifting us our baritone but also taking care of us all weekend, the coaching, the tagging and being the best entourage with bubbles, ever!

Finally it goes without saying that the support from our coaches & chorus was simply unmatched! And they had a lot of us to love because WHAT a weekend for Song of Atlanta quartets (& our friends!!) Probly Fine, Wicked Blend, Spellbound, Luminosity, Ring It On & our 2026 Region 14 Quartet Champions, Avoid the Frogs!

Here’s how to watch!

It’s contest weekend & we delight(fully) enjoyed day 1!!
We started with the trio loading up the DelightMobile at 10pm on Wednesday night and trekking to Asheville to intercept the baritone! We SLEPT in, had some tasty lunch and then off to Concord we went!
We’ve had some interestingly (sometimes less delightful haha) things happen - 1 cigar scented room, 1 shirt malfunction & 1 sleepy tenor (IYKYK). But after the quartet reception, quartet briefing, deliciousness at Texas Roadhouse & a “sure, you can watch us” rehearsal and opening ALL of our love gifts/cards- we are feeling ready to go! But first all the sleeps … the unscented room started hours ago … the “unscented” room is doing its best 🙃😂

Perfect for a rehearsal break but still had us working together for a common goal!
