Faith isn’t timid. It’s bold. It dares to believe when everything around says “it’s impossible.”
Today’s message reminded me that faith gives us conviction to stand on God’s Word, courage to stay committed when it’s not convenient, and strength to keep going even when the road gets tough.

True faith doesn’t quit, it keeps believing, keeps pressing, keeps shining!

As you step into this new week, walk with the audacity of faith. Speak boldly. Believe deeply. Act courageously.

God honors those who dare to trust Him against all odds. 🙌

From Fear to Faith — My Potatoes Chips Story

When I was an undergraduate, one thing I really desired was to earn money on my own. But deep down, fear was holding me back.
I had this idea to start a small business — making and selling potato chips. But I kept asking myself questions like:
“What if it doesn’t sell?”
“What if people don’t like it?”
“What if I fail?”

Fear almost made me give up before I even began.
But with a little encouragement from people who believed in me, I decided to just start — afraid but determined.

I still remember the very first day I made my chips. I used my colleague’s apartment kitchen, and to my surprise, I almost sold out right there while frying! That moment changed everything for me. It boosted my faith and gave me the confidence to keep going.

Soon, I was supplying shops, supermarkets, and even schools. I’ll never forget the day one of my customers called me during school break, begging me to resume quickly because people were already asking for my chips.
Imagine that — the same business I was once afraid to start had now become something people loved and looked forward to!

At some point, I was supplying up to 10 to 20 dozens at a time, and in just three days, they’d be completely sold out.
That business didn’t just give me income — it gave me courage, faith, and independence.

The lesson? Don’t let fear stop you from starting.
Start that business.
Apply for that scholarship.
Go for that job interview.
Launch that idea that’s been sitting in your heart.

You may not have it all figured out, but start anyway. The first step is always the hardest, but it’s also the most powerful.

Fear fades when faith takes over.
And once you begin, you’ll realize you were capable all along.

Cook Egusi soup with us — just the way we love it! I actually prefer this method to the frying method, and the taste says it all!

Which method do you prefer?
