At 3Keys, partnerships like the one we share with ProActive Management Consulting (PMC) are expanding access to on-site services across our Atlanta communities. From mental health support and case management to group programming and even the occasional outing, PMC meets residents where they are.
Now working across Presley Woods, Phoenix House, and Welcome House, their team is helping reduce barriers to care and build consistent pathways toward stability and independence.
Collaborations like this are so important to our work - connecting people not just to housing, but to the support they need to move forward.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and a reminder that housing and health are deeply connected.
For many people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges are both a cause and a consequence of housing instability. Without safe, stable housing, it’s nearly impossible to access consistent care.
At 3Keys, we see every day how supportive housing can change that trajectory. By providing affordable housing with on-site services, we offer places for people to receive treatment, to start to heal, and to move forward on their own terms.
Mental Health Awareness Month reaffirms our commitment to breaking the cycle by addressing both housing and mental health together.
Everyone deserves a place to call home and the support to thrive.

At 3Keys, we meet residents where they are to provide them with shelter, stability, and hope.
When one of our residents, EG, arrived at 3Keys, she was withdrawn and silent, struggling with severe depression after experiencing homelessness. Through small, consistent acts of care - and months of patient connection with her case manager - EG slowly began to heal and emerge from her depression. From communicating through handwritten notes to speaking again for the first time, her journey is a powerful reminder of what compassionate, wraparound support can do.
Today, EG is stable, engaged in community activities, and working toward reuniting with her son.
Stories like hers are why this work matters. 💙

Strong partnerships are key to ending chronic homelessness in Atlanta and we’re proud to highlight our collaboration with Quest CDC.
3Keys and Quest Community Development Corporation are partnering to renovate O’Hern House, a 76-unit permanent supportive housing community in Historic Sweet Auburn. Together, we’re preserving critical affordable housing for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and substance use disorders (SUDs), ensuring these residents continue to have access to stable housing and wraparound support services.
With Quest CDC serving as Development Partner and 3Keys continuing as owner and property manager, this renovation reflects our shared commitment to building resilient communities.

This spring, The 3Keys collaborated with a business communications class Emory University's Goizueta Business School on a real world project: improving board engagement and fundraising efforts. Over the course of three months, 12 student teams and their professor, Dr. Nikki Graves, met with staff from 3Keys to develop a deep understanding of 3Keys leading up to their final presentations in March.
We were blown away! The students’ in-depth research and passion for generating ideas for a nonprofit was evident with each well thought-out and executed presentation. They brought a whole host of ideas to 3Keys’ leadership which will, in turn, be shared with our board of directors.
The class projects will also be featured in The Emory Business Magazine and 3Keys will receive a $1,000 grant from Emory’s Center for Faculty Development and Excellence.
