Traffic Jam was a wonderful morning filled with cool cars, live music, and delicious food at the iconic —but the true highlight was witnessing God’s love at work through neighbors serving neighbors.

, teamed up with the and to host a special car show benefiting local families in need. This incredible Middle Tennessee nonprofit provides free auto repairs, guidance, and even donated vehicles to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.

Today, with the generosity of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at , they celebrated an amazing milestone—giving away their 250th car to a deserving mom of three.
What a beautiful reminder that when faith is put into action, lives are changed.

A beautiful start to Mother’s Day— attending church together, then enjoying a delicious lunch from Nicoletto’s while sharing some of our favorite memories of our moms. Missing those who are in heaven! Feeling especially grateful for these two wonderful surrogate moms who have loved me and Caitlin as if we were their own. Plus a shout out to my sister for being a second mom to Caitlin! What a gift to be surrounded by such love and amazing women!

What an incredible day at NAMIWalks for NAMI Davidson County, 💚

With over 900 participants, amazing volunteers, vendors and sponsors, fun musical entertainment, and kids getting to run the bases, our community came together in a powerful way to raise both awareness and critical funds for mental health support.

Every dollar donated helps support free mental health education, advocacy, and support programs for individuals and families in our community.

Together, we are breaking the stigma, building hope, and reminding others they are not alone. Mental health matters—and so does your support.

Had a wonderful time at the Nashville Area Panhellenic Alumnae Association Scholarship Luncheon at the Hermitage Golf Club—celebrating the strength of Panhellenic sisterhood and honoring the 2026 NAPAA scholarship recipients and Greek Women of the Year.

Our guest speaker, Danielle Breezy, was both entertaining and insightful—such a fun and meaningful addition to the day.

There were so many awesome silent auction items to help raise funds for next year's scholars. Each year, we strive to raise even more so we can continue providing scholarships and opportunities for deserving young Greek women across Tennessee and beyond.

Great morning to be on the Habitat build site with Father Ryan High School along with the Habitat Nashville Board and Advisory Council.
Today’s Day of Service in honor of Father Ryan's 100th anniversary brought some teachers, students and alumni to the build site, and I was on hand to capture it! Even more special? Running into some of my old basketball teammates while we worked!

Happy 5th Birthday to my beautiful. curious, sweet and smart great niece Ella Kate! Had a fun morning exploring Cheekwood and capturing her 5 year old photos. And in true Ella Kate fashion ....the girl who used to only want to wear dresses, had no interest in the cute dress her mom packed so tie dye shorts and wind blown hair it is!
