Last night at the AI Unlocked symposium at I demoed SkyBrief Commander — an AI voice concierge for aviation — and the real star of the show was the boring tool underneath:

→ n8n strings it all together with (almost) zero code
→ Pilot flies

Most AI events talk. This one let entrepreneurs touch the thing. Loved being on the panel with people willing to share what FAILED, not just the wins.
