I was called out to provide an estimate for some ceiling repairs cause by water damage and some patch work roof repairs. After doing a complete assessment and composing an estimate for the full extent of damage to this property and then negotiating a much more fair settlement from the insurance company, I was able to make the homeowner and GC very happy with a full roof, siding and gutter replacement, replacement of the awning, a little drywall and insulation along with fresh interior paint.
